Registration of Pakistani children born abroad. Requirements:

• Complete Form S-1 .(Click here for FORM -PDF)

• 2 Current Photographs of the child
• Original birth certificate and a copy of the Passport.
• Proof of father's Pakistani nationality (NICOP card or Passport) attach photocopy
• Registration fee $5 (Money order)

The Embassy recommends the use of Express Mail for all deliveries. It shall not be responsible for loss of documents in the mail. Fee is payable in U.S. Postal Money Orders or Cashier Checks payable to the Embassy of Pakistan or the respective consulate general. Please do not send cash or personal cheque. All fees are non-refundable.

The application must be accompanied by US Post self addressed pre-paid registered or express mail envelope (Do not use metered stamps). If you are including Return Federal Express, DHL, Airborne, UPS or any other airway bill, please also include a Money Order made out to the company you are using. Cash, credit card or personal check will not be accepted.
