Consular Services
Renewal of Expired Passport. Requirements:

Original national ID (NICOP) card and photocopy of I.D (NICOP) card

Renewal fee (Please check fee structure)

Proof of resident in US (Notarized copy of green card/driving license)

Applicant under 18 years of age should also provide NICOP.
The Embassy recommends the use of Express Mail for all deliveries. It
shall not be responsible for loss of documents in the mail. Fee is
payable in U.S. Postal Money Orders or Cashier Checks payable to the Embassy
of Pakistan or the respective consulate general. Please do not send cash
or personal cheque. All fees are non-refundable.
The application must be accompanied by US Post self
addressed pre-paid registered or express mail envelope (Do not use metered
stamps). If you are including Return Federal Express, DHL, Airborne,
UPS or any other airway bill, please also include a Money Order
made out to the company you are using. Cash, credit card or personal check
will not be accepted.
Note: Passport with a one-year validity
will be issued in the absence of NICOP/CNIC'. The applicant will has to
submit his NICOP application at the same time.
Children will not be endorsed on Parent's Passports
and should apply for separate passports. Children born in USA should attach
following with their Passport application:
- S-1 Registration form
- Form-A
- Notarized copy of father's Pakistani passport or US passport (of Pakistani
Origin)
- 4 photographs
- Renewal Fee
