Endorsements/Amendments in Passport and extension of limited validity of passport

• Original national ID card (Copy if original is not available).
• Two photographs of child - endorsements in passport ( Note): It is advisable that the children may be issued separate passport.
• Endorsment/Amendment fee $6 (Money order) $12 for urgent.

Extention of limited validity passport

• Complete (Form -C)
• Original NICOP/CNIC

Note: No Fee is charged for extention of limited validity passport. Passport will be extended upto 5years validity on production of NICOP/CNIC.

The Embassy recommends the use of Express Mail for all deliveries. It shall not be responsible for loss of documents in the mail. Fee is payable in U.S. Postal Money Orders or Cashier Checks payable to the Embassy of Pakistan or the respective consulate general. Please do not send cash or personal cheque. All fees are non-refundable.

The application must be accompanied by US Post self addressed pre-paid registered or express mail envelope (Do not use metered stamps). If you are including Return Federal Express, DHL, Airborne, UPS or any other airway bill, please also include a Money Order made out to the company you are using. Cash, credit card or personal check will not be accepted.
