Consular ServicesVisa Application Forms and Instructions
The Embassy recommends the use of Express Mail for all deliveries. It shall not be responsible for loss of documents in the mail. Fee is payable in U.S. Postal Money Orders or Cashier Checks payable to the Embassy of Pakistan or the respective consulate general. Please do not send cash or personal cheque. All fees are non-refundable. The application must be accompanied by US Post self addressed pre-paid registered or express mail envelope (Do not use metered stamps). If you are including Return Federal Express, DHL, Airborne, UPS or any other airway bill, please also include a Money Order made out to the company you are using. Cash, credit card or personal check will not be accepted.
Note: 5 year multiple entry visas will be issued to US citizens of Pakistan origin on production of previous Pakistani passport or NIC. For children born in the US, please attach copy of father's or mother'sPakistani passport or ID card.
