The guiding principle and motto of the Embassy and the Consulates is to provide efficient consular services to the community in accordance with law and with honour and dignity. If you think such service has not been provided to you, please contact the following officers in each consulate:

If your problem still remains unresolved, please call the Ambassador at 202-243-3277/3278. You can also send a fax to the Ambassador at 202-686-1496.

To ensure better service to the community, all consular staff members now wear prominent nametags. Staff members are also required to identify themselves when attending telephones. If you find that this is not happening please call or fax the Ambassador.
