Ambassador Qazi hosts luncheon meeting with opinion makers

WASHINGTON, Mar 28 (APP)- Ambassador Ashraf Jehangir Qazi hosted a luncheon meeting Saturday with noted experts and opinion makers in international relations at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

On the occasion, Mr. Qazi gave a detailed presentation on matters such as proliferation, Pakistan-U.S. relations, Pakistan-India relations and trade issues.

Those attending included General (r) Brent Scowcroft, Robert Eienheris former assistant secretary of state for non-proliferation; Judith Kipper, Director Council on Foreign Relations Walter Pincus, staff writer of the Washington Post; Ms. Farah Pandit of USAID; and Ambassador Robert Mcdonald, besides DCM Mohammad Sadiq and Defence Attache, Brigadier Shafqaat Ahmed was also present
